We only collect information that is necessary to provide you with Voca AI services. This includes your account email, usage metrics (credits spent), and preference settings. We do not store, log, or track your keystrokes or the texts you process.
When you use Voca AI to fix grammar or translate text, the selected text is transmitted securely via TLS 1.3 encryption to our Cloudflare GPU Sandboxes. The data is processed in-memory and deleted immediately after the response is sent back to your extension.
Voca AI enforces a strict zero-retention policy for your raw input texts. We do not use your personal drafts or written communications to train our machine learning models.
We implement robust industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including isolated sandbox environments, secure API endpoints, and end-to-end transport encryption.
