Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with Voca AI. Since we offer one-time credit pack purchases, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have used less than 10% of the credits purchased in that transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if:

• The request is made after 7 days from the transaction date.
• More than 10% of the purchased credits in the pack have been used.
• Your account has been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please send an email to support@voca-translation.com with your account email address and purchase receipt. Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.
